Have students create advertisements, public service announcements, skits, children's books,a jungle for a vaccine, or other satire pieces on a students/epidemic of the Senioritis disease. It is something that often bites seniors and could be fun to see where they go with this. Let them have fun with it and come up with whatever symptoms and treatments they want.
