Let students be as creative as they want with this. If possible, have students display their dream in class. If they dream of becoming Miss America, they can perform their talent and walks, if they dream of being a pro football player have them make a poster of them, baseball players can make cards, actors can write acceptance speeches, politicians can write campaign slogans; let them go with this. If they need/want directions then give them an example. example: I want to be a member of the Blue Devils Drum Corps. I would perform a color guard routine for the class and then tell the class, "All I want to do, is step on that field in blue." For a dream of becoming a biochemist: I want to be a biochemist in order to help find the cures of diseases such as cancer and HIV. My ideas on where these cures can be found are in the depths of the oceans, under the canopy of the Rainforests and even on some far off planet yet to be discovered.
