At the end of the unit, have students combine everything into a portfolio. Three-Pronged folders, 1/2 binders, or an actual scrapbook (depending on how far out each person wants to go) will work. It's just a way to combine everything into one easy way for you to grade it all and for them to take home and keep with them. This scrapbook acts as their own personal yearbook on things they want to remember and cherish from the year/semester.
